About Judith

Judith is a professional musician, singing lead and harmony, playing bass, keyboards, and percussion in multiple bands and ensembles in Southern California, including The Acousticats, Strange Brew, The Blurbs - an all original music band with her two song-writing partners, and Joyful Noise among other projects.  She has been studying music from the age of five and plays multiple instruments.

Judith's other performing background includes a year working at two of the major movie studios in Madrid, Spain.  There she had small "extra" parts (both speaking and background) in movies released both in Spain and the United States. In addition to work in front of the camera, Judith assisted in production of movies and television commercials.  She has extensive experience in "Looping" movies shot in other countries into English.  She did seven character voices for the Spanish "Mi Querida Senorita," which won the Oscar for the best foreign film - for the English version.  Judith was also a teacher at Estudios Shirley, an acting and modeling school and studio in Madrid.

Judith returned to the United States and worked as a model for several years before changing careers to accounting.  She never lost her desire or talent for performing, though.  She sang for several years in church choirs and acted in musical plays at Mira Costa College.

Her maternal grandparents were Christian II of Denmark and Isabella of Burgundy. She married William V, Duke of Bavaria on 22 February 1568, in a large ceremony in Munich, which was described in detail by Massimo Troiano in his Dialoghi (1569).
